OUR CAMPS

ADVENTURE CAMP:

A week-long camp, held on the campus of Lookout Mountain Youth Services Center in Golden, Colorado. In 2005, Adventure Camp was held June 19-23. More than 75 youth attended daily sports activities, and listened to Christian music and speakers each evening. Local restaurants donated the evening meals.

Watch for dates for our annual on-campus, all-day event with over 70 youth attending. Tentatively set for August, this is always a great opportunity for volunteers to interact with the kids at Lookout Mountain Youth Services Center.

WINTER CAMP:

Is a week-long camp for some residents who are able to leave the detention facility for a short time, escorted. These youth take part in winter sports, like downhill skiing, snowboarding, and tubing, during the day. They stay in a private lodge in Breckenridge, Colorado each evening, having Bible studies, discussions and learning how to grow God's way.

RESTORATIVE JUSTICE CAMP:

Is a week-long, out of facility camp, held in Breckenridge, Colorado. Participants learn about Biblical Restorative Justice, while performing voluntary community service for the town. They stay in a private lodge and participate in Bible studies, discussions each evening.
